Primary

The Beginner Acting class is focussed on building a foundation knowledge of stagecraft, stage direction, physicality and verbal skills associated with performance.

This is done through drama games and exercises designed to be fun first and educational second, building necessary skills such as listening and watching others, understanding the movements of different things, imagination and improvisation.

Intermediate

Intermediate Drama has a more performance-based approach. Exploring a new style of theatre every week, the class examines everything from the method to the absurd.

Challenging and educational, this class has students working on a different monologue every week, under different styles.

The students explore different approaches to characterisation, reading, delivery, direction and improvisation, while at the same time learning by observing and helping other students, allowing for a stronger understanding of theatre.
