
Dance Fit
All Dance-Fit classes are structured
in the same way. The most important
element of this class is to keep the
students moving and improve their aerobic
fitness.
The class uses a variety of different
dance styles and music, from Latin,
to Hip-hop, Jazz and Rock .
No previous dance experience is required,
each class starts out with simple choreography
which is gradually added to, with the
option of staying with the simple steps
until you feel confident.
The teacher models all steps continually
in front of the class and calls cues
so you know where you are going next
and which leg to move!
